One Shoot Day. Twelve Reels. A Full Quarter of Video.

We film your business for one day every three months and cut that footage into 12 finished reels. Take them and publish yourself, or we publish them for you across the next 12 weeks and run a story five days a week.

How it works

One day of filming. Twelve weeks of video.

Social is a production problem, not a posting problem. Most businesses stall because nobody has time to film anything. We fix that by shooting a whole quarter in a single day, then releasing it week by week.

01

One block, one shoot day

We book a single day inside each three month block and film everything the quarter needs, at your business, with your people.

02

Twelve reels out of it

That footage is cut into 12 finished reels: vertical, captioned, hooked in the first two seconds and graded to look like you.

03

Released across 12 weeks

One reel a week for the whole block. Steady beats a burst, and it means your feed is never three months out of date.

04

Stories five days a week

On Posted For You we also run a story every weekday, built from photos, video and graphics pulled out of the same shoot.

Two ways to run it. Same shoot day.

Strategy + Shot List

Before the day

We agree what the quarter is selling, then build a shot list around it: what to film, who is in it, what the reels need to say. You see the list before we turn up.

2

The Shoot Day

One day on site

A videographer spends the day at your business working through the list. Team, process, product, place. You carry on trading, we work around you.

The Edit

After the shoot

The footage becomes 12 finished reels, cut for hooks and captioned so they work with the sound off. On Posted For You we also build the story assets from the same material.

Weeks 1 to 12

On Self-Publish the reels and the release schedule land with you and you post them. On Posted For You we publish a reel a week and a story five days a week, and we watch the comments.

Review + Next Block

End of the quarter

We look at what held attention and what did not, then write the next shot list from the answer rather than from a template. Your reporting dashboard tracks it alongside search.

What a block produces

One day on site. A quarter of content.

Filming in one concentrated day is the only version of this that businesses actually sustain. A crew turning up every fortnight gets cancelled by the third visit. One day, planned properly, produces more usable footage than six rushed ones.

These are the numbers behind a single three month block on Posted For You.

1 Shoot day per quarter
12 Finished reels one a week
60 Stories five days a week
What we post, and what we don't

Reels and stories. No general posts.

Instagram and TikTok push reels to people who do not follow you yet. Stories reach the people who check in every day. A general grid post does neither: it is served to a small slice of your existing followers and then it is gone, which is why we do not charge you to make them.

Every hour of the shoot day and every hour of the edit goes into the two placements that still get reach. If a client asks us for a grid calendar, we will explain why the same money spent on video and stories does more.

Choosing platforms

Not every business needs to be on every platform.

Instagram and TikTok are where short video reach lives in New Zealand, so that is where the 12 reels go. Which one leads depends on what you sell and who buys it, and we decide that before we film a single frame.

Instagram first

Suits any business customers physically walk into: cafes, salons, gyms, boutique retail, hospitality. A cafe in Island Bay lives or dies on whether people remember it exists on a Saturday morning, and Wellington coffee culture is competitive enough that being forgettable is expensive.

Reels of the pour, the queue and the staff do that job. Stories keep you in front of the regulars in between.

TikTok first

Suits trades and services with a process worth watching: a builder in Upper Hutt filming a bathroom strip-out, a mechanic explaining what a warrant of fitness actually checks.

TikTok rewards useful over polished, and the reach on a good explainer beats anything else you can get for free.

Facebook still carries older audiences and local community groups, so we cross-post reels there when it earns its place. And if social is the wrong spend for you entirely, we will say so. Plenty of Wellington businesses get more from Google Ads management or SEO and link building than they would from another reel.

Common questions

We book a single day inside each three month block and come to your business with a videographer. We film a shot list built from your strategy: team, process, product, place. One day on site gives us everything the next 12 weeks needs, so you are not stopping work for a camera every fortnight.

Self-Publish is $5,500 a quarter: we shoot and edit, then hand you 12 finished reels to post yourself. Posted For You is $7,500 a quarter: we publish those 12 reels for you over the following 12 weeks and run a story five days a week, cut from the same footage.

Because almost nobody sees them. A general grid post reaches a fraction of the people who already follow you, and none of the people who do not. Reels get pushed to non-followers and stories reach the people who check in every day, so that is where the whole budget goes.

A mix of photos, short video and graphics, all built from the footage and stills we gathered on your shoot day. Five stories a week for 12 weeks, which is 60 a quarter. It is what keeps the account looking alive between the weekly reels.

It helps, faces outperform logos, but no. Plenty of strong content is hands, process, product and place. We build a shot list you are comfortable with before the day.

Yes. Paid social sits outside the two packages because the right budget and objective differ for every business. Talk to us and we will put together a custom plan and price around what you are trying to shift.

Yes. We shoot on site wherever you are, from Island Bay to Upper Hutt, and we service greater Wellington through to the Wairarapa. For clients further afield we plan the shot list so one trip covers the whole block. The point of a shoot day is that it happens at your business, not in a studio.

Not directly. Links from Instagram and TikTok do not pass ranking authority. What social does is grow branded search: people who watched your video look you up by name a few days later. Treat social as the top of the funnel and our SEO and link building service as the bottom.
