Two Ways to Run Your Social. Both Done For You.
Put the feed on Autopilot: a month of branded posts and captions, built from your own website and reviews, approved by you in one sitting. Or book a shoot day and get 12 finished reels a quarter. Run either on its own, or both together.
Posts we build. Or video you film.
Pick a pathSocial Autopilot
We read your website, services and reviews, then build a month of branded tiles and captions. You approve the lot in one sitting and we publish it for you.
- A month of posts planned, designed and written
- One approval link, edit or reject anything
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, X, Pinterest
- Scheduled, published and reported on
Filmed Reels
A videographer spends a day at your business every quarter. That footage becomes 12 finished reels for Instagram and TikTok, released one a week.
- One shoot day per quarter, at your place
- 12 vertical reels, edited and captioned
- Optional daily story, five days a week
- Your people and your premises, never stock
Most clients start with Autopilot, because it covers every week for the price of a couple of coffees a day. Filmed reels give the calendar something worth watching. Run both and the reels become the posts.
A month of posts. Approved in one sitting.
Reels do the reach. Autopilot does everything else. We pull the raw material out of your own website, services and customer reviews, design it to your brand, write it in your voice and hand you one link to approve the month.
We learn your brand
Your site, your services and your reviews become a brand kit: colours, fonts, logo and tone. Set up once, before the first month goes out.
You approve the month
One link, with every graphic and caption for the coming month on it. Edit the words, swap an image, bin a post you do not like. Nothing publishes until you say so.
It publishes itself
Approved posts go out across the month at the times that suit your industry and your audience. You stop thinking about it.
Next month builds on it
New reviews and new offerings feed the following month, and you get a report on what actually earned engagement, so the plan moves with the numbers rather than a template.
Everything, on every platform you run.
Autopilot runs on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X and Pinterest. Pick the ones your customers actually use, and add or drop a platform whenever you want.
Priced per platform. Nothing you do not use.

One day of filming. Twelve weeks of video.
Social is a production problem, not a posting problem. Most businesses stall because nobody has time to film anything. We fix that by shooting a whole quarter in a single day, then releasing it week by week.
One block, one shoot day
We book a single day inside each three month block and film everything the quarter needs, at your business, with your people.
Twelve reels out of it
That footage is cut into 12 finished reels: vertical, captioned, hooked in the first two seconds and graded to look like you.
Released across 12 weeks
One reel a week for the whole block. Steady beats a burst, and it means your feed is never three months out of date.
Stories five days a week
On Posted For You we also run a story every weekday, built from photos, video and graphics pulled out of the same shoot.
Two ways to run it. Same shoot day.

Strategy + Shot List
Before the dayWe agree what the quarter is selling, then build a shot list around it: what to film, who is in it, what the reels need to say. You see the list before we turn up.
The Shoot Day
One day on siteA videographer spends the day at your business working through the list. Team, process, product, place. You carry on trading, we work around you.
The Edit
After the shootThe footage becomes 12 finished reels, cut for hooks and captioned so they work with the sound off. On Posted For You we also build the story assets from the same material.
Handover or Publishing
Weeks 1 to 12On Self-Publish the reels and the release schedule land with you and you post them. On Posted For You we publish a reel a week and a story five days a week, and we watch the comments.
Review + Next Block
End of the quarterWe look at what held attention and what did not, then write the next shot list from the answer rather than from a template. Your reporting dashboard tracks it alongside search.
One day on site. A quarter of content.
Filming in one concentrated day is the only version of this that businesses actually sustain. A crew turning up every fortnight gets cancelled by the third visit. One day, planned properly, produces more usable footage than six rushed ones.
These are the numbers behind a single three month block on Posted For You.
Your shoot day buys reels and stories.
Instagram and TikTok push reels to people who do not follow you yet. Stories reach the people who check in every day. Those are the two placements worth pointing a camera at, so that is where every hour of the shoot day and the edit goes.
The wider feed is a different job at a different price. A grid calendar does not need a film crew, it needs a plan and a designer, which is exactly what Social Autopilot is for at $100 a month per platform. Buy the video budget for video.

Reel

Reel
Reel
Reel
ReelNot every business needs to be on every platform.
Instagram and TikTok are where short video reach lives in New Zealand, so that is where the 12 reels go. Which one leads depends on what you sell and who buys it, and we decide that before we film a single frame.
Instagram first
Suits any business customers physically walk into: cafes, salons, gyms, boutique retail, hospitality. A cafe in Island Bay lives or dies on whether people remember it exists on a Saturday morning, and Wellington coffee culture is competitive enough that being forgettable is expensive.
Reels of the pour, the queue and the staff do that job. Stories keep you in front of the regulars in between.
TikTok first
Suits trades and services with a process worth watching: a builder in Upper Hutt filming a bathroom strip-out, a mechanic explaining what a warrant of fitness actually checks.
TikTok rewards useful over polished, and the reach on a good explainer beats anything else you can get for free.
Facebook still carries older audiences and local community groups, so we cross-post reels there when it earns its place. And if social is the wrong spend for you entirely, we will say so. Plenty of Wellington businesses get more from Google Ads management or SEO and link building than they would from another reel.
Common questions
Autopilot is the written and designed side: branded tiles and captions built from your own website, services and reviews, then published for you across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X or Pinterest for $100 a month per platform. Reels are filmed: we spend a day at your business every quarter and cut that footage into 12 finished videos for Instagram and TikTok. Autopilot keeps the feed moving every week, reels give it something worth watching.
Your own material. We read your website, your service pages, your products and your customer reviews, and build the month out of what is already true about your business. Nothing is invented, and anything you would rather not publish comes off the plan before it goes live.
As many as your industry warrants, which is the plan we build rather than a fixed quota. Hospitality and retail usually run daily, trades around three a week, professional services two or three on LinkedIn. We put the suggested cadence in front of you before the first month and you adjust it from there.
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, X and Pinterest. Each one is $100 a month ex GST, so you only pay for the platforms your customers actually use, and you can add or drop one at the end of any month.
You get one link with the whole month on it, so it is one sitting rather than a daily chore. Approve the lot, edit a caption, swap an image or reject a post you do not want. Nothing publishes until you have signed the month off.
For Autopilot, yes. We connect to the accounts you want us to publish to, using the standard platform permissions rather than your password. You stay the owner of every account and can revoke our access at any time.
Neither. Autopilot is $100 a month per platform ex GST, add-ons from $50 a month per platform, with no setup fee and no lock-in. Add a platform, drop one, or stop at the end of any month.
That is the version we would recommend for most businesses. The reels from your shoot day drop straight into the Autopilot calendar, and the stills carry the tiles for the rest of the month, so the whole feed is your own people and your own premises rather than stock.
We book a single day inside each three month block and come to your business with a videographer. We film a shot list built from your strategy: team, process, product, place. One day on site gives us everything the next 12 weeks needs, so you are not stopping work for a camera every fortnight.
Self-Publish is $5,500 a quarter: we shoot and edit, then hand you 12 finished reels to post yourself. Posted For You is $7,500 a quarter: we publish those 12 reels for you over the following 12 weeks and run a story five days a week, cut from the same footage.
No, and that is deliberate. A shoot day is expensive to run, so every hour of it goes into the two placements that still get reach: reels, which Instagram and TikTok push to people who do not follow you, and stories, which reach the people who check in every day. If you want the wider feed covered as well, that is what Social Autopilot does, for $100 a month per platform rather than out of your video budget.
A mix of photos, short video and graphics, all built from the footage and stills we gathered on your shoot day. Five stories a week for 12 weeks, which is 60 a quarter. It is what keeps the account looking alive between the weekly reels.
It helps, faces outperform logos, but no. Plenty of strong content is hands, process, product and place. We build a shot list you are comfortable with before the day.
Yes. Paid social sits outside both Autopilot and the reels packages, because the right budget and objective differ for every business. Talk to us and we will put together a custom plan and price around what you are trying to shift.
Yes. We shoot on site wherever you are, from Island Bay to Upper Hutt, and we service greater Wellington through to the Wairarapa. For clients further afield we plan the shot list so one trip covers the whole block. The point of a shoot day is that it happens at your business, not in a studio.
Not directly. Links from Instagram and TikTok do not pass ranking authority. What social does is grow branded search: people who watched your video look you up by name a few days later. Treat social as the top of the funnel and our SEO and link building service as the bottom.
