Correct. If you choose the Monthly path, there is zero upfront build fee. We spread the cost of the build across your first 12 months so you can protect your cashflow.
Your monthly rate stays exactly the same, because the packages include ongoing services: hosting, updates, SEO and ad management. The difference is that after 12 months you are on an open term and can cancel any time with a month's notice.
No. The upfront path gives you a low $50/mo ongoing rate that covers hosting, SSL and basic support. Any design or content changes after launch are billed at our standard time and materials rate. If you want updates included, choose a Monthly plan.
If you commit to the $850/mo Website + SEO and Blogging package, or the $1,100/mo Full Digital package, we waive the website build cost entirely. You are investing in the ongoing marketing services, and the website comes free.
The $1,500 Entry build is a simpler, faster website for smaller businesses that need a clean professional presence. It has a shorter revision process and does not include the free photoshoot. The $2,500 Standard build is the full Media Giant process: full design revisions, free content writing, and a free photoshoot included.
Open-term plans can be cancelled any time with a month's notice. All website plans open up after 12 months. Standalone Google Ads and SEO add-ons are open term from day one.

No. The package price is the same whether you are on Lambton Quay or at the other end of the country. The only thing we agree case by case is the timing of the free photoshoot, because that one needs us in the room with you.
